A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Aramon, from vines planted on schist soils in the commune of Vieussan in the Saint-Chinian appellation. Yields: 18 hl/ha. Vinification: pressed wine, whole bunches, and manually destemmed grapes are blended together, followed by 9 months of maceration in vats, then 2 months maturation in vats, and an additional year in bottles. Neither filtered nor fined, and zero added sulphur.
