A blend of 80% Terret Bourret Gris from 71-year-old vines, and 20% Terret Bourret from 8-year-old vines, planted on clay-limestone soils in the communes of Montagnac and Marseillan. Natural vinification: direct pressing without settling for the Terret, while the Gris is partially destemmed by hand and then soaked in the juice for 35 days of maceration.
