A blend of 80% Terret Bourret Gris from 71-year-old vines, and 20% Terret Bourret from 8-year-old vines, planted on clay-limestone soils in the communes of Montagnac and Marseillan. Natural vinification: direct pressing without settling for the Terret, while the Gris is partially destemmed by hand and then soaked in the juice for 35 days of maceration. The remaining grapes are then pressed and the blended wine is matured in vats on the lees for 4 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
