A blended cuvée made of 54% Colombard, 22% Marsanne, 13% Muscat d'Alexandrie and 11% Sauvignon, from vines planted in two communes with distinct terroirs: basaltic sands in Aspiran and Villafranchian deposits on basaltic bedrock in Pézenas. Vinification: direct pressing for the Colombard, while the other grape varieties are destemmed and macerate in stoneware jars for just over a month. Blending, 6 months of aging in vats, on the lees. Bottled without fining, filtration or addition of sulfites.
