A blended cuvée: 70% Carignan (90 years old) and 30% Mourvèdre (14 years old), grown on schist in the commune of Vieussan in the Saint-Chinian appellation area. Yields: 17 hl/ha. Vinification: non-interventionist, co-maceration of the two grape varieties (almost an infusion in fact) for 60 days with whole bunches. Matured in old barrels for 30 months. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added.
