Blend of 80% Carignan and 20% Grenache Gris, From 60-100-year-old vines grown on North-facing slopes of stony clays, at 50 meters in the small town of Paziols. Clay and limestone soils, rich in iron. The estate is certified organic. Vinification: maceration of whole bunches for 5 days. Maturation for 8 months in fiber vats. Bottled at the estate in April 2023, without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites!
