A blend of 80% Terret Bourret from 8-year-old vines, and 20% Muscat d'Alexandrie from 40-year-old vines, planted on a clay-limestone terroir in the commune of Marseillan. Natural vinification: direct pressing without settling for the Terret followed by fermentation in ceramic jars, and manual destemming and a 30-day maceration in vats for the Muscat. The wine is then blended and matured in jars on the lees for 11 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
