100% Colombard from 15-year-old vines planted on loamy-basaltic soils in the commune of Adissan in the Hérault Valley. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification: direct pressing, only the first juices are kept for this cuvée, bottling by gravity following the biodynamic calendar, 4 months of aging on laths. A disgorged cuvée, but neither fined nor filtered, without added sulfites.
