A blend of 50% Sauvignon (from 13-year-old vines) and 50% Marsanne from 28-year-old vines, all planted in the commune of Pézenas on a terroir of Villafranchian-era soils over basalt, with yields of 30 hl/ha. The wine is then pressed and matured in vats for 9 months.
