100% Cabernet Franc (65 years old), grown on iron-rich clay-limestone soils in the commune of Cessenon-sur-Orb, in the Saint-Chinian appellation area. An almost purely symbolic yield: 5 hl/ha! Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added. 1500 bottles produced.
