A complex nose of flowers, with notes of hawthorn, honey, chalk, citrus, pear, and sage... Palate: a mineral, unctuous, racy juice, with finesse a gogo and lots of purity.
A blend of 50% Ugni Blanc and 50% Vermentino, from vines of 7 and 8 years old, facing southeast, grown organically and planted on clay-limestone terraces with silica in the subsoil. Hand-picked in small crates. Vinification is traditional but without any chemical additives. Direct pressing, separate fermentation of the two grape varieties, natural settling, temperature control, and maturation for 6 months in vats.
