Second vintage for this 100% Ugni Blanc cuvée, from 12-year-old vines farmed biodynamically and planted on a small hillock at 200 meters altitude. The plot sits on clay soils. Manual harvest, direct pressing, natural vinification and two years of ageing in terracotta amphorae. Bottled without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
