Aigue Marine - 2023 - Brice Omont
Domaine des Ardoisières
Complex nose with white and yellow fruits, aromatic herbs, and toasted hazelnut. On the palate: beautiful freshness and incredible balance, starting with great volume, then becoming mouthwatering, pure, and with a simply wow-worthy aromatic persistence. A real favorite!

First vintage for this cuvée, from a brand-new terroir of the estate! 100% Roussanne from organically farmed vines, planted on the Arbin hillside. Manual harvest and natural vinification: direct pressing of whole bunches, fermentation and aging for 10 months in amphorae, tanks, and neutral barrels. Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur, without fining or filtration.
