100% Jacquère from biodynamically-grown vines planted on two plots of around 30 ares each, in the Les Côtes and Les Châteaux-Montagny lieux-dits of Chignin, which feature gentle slopes, schist soils covered with a layer of clay ranging from 30 cm to more than a meter, and a southern exposure. Harvested by hand, yields of around 30 hl/ha, direct pressing, aged in vats. Bottled at the estate according to lunar cycles, without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur.
