Bel Air - 2024 - La Cordée Blanche

Ylan Mathieu & Cyril Andrez

Bright and youthful, with notes of pear, honey, flowers, nuts, and a very pleasant hint of “cold mimosa.” Palate: refined and fluid, with lovely minerality and a superb saline structure, and a honeyed, fresh finish. A light white wine to awaken your taste buds!

Bottled at the estate on April 23, 2025 using gravity, with just 1 g/hl of SO2 added during the winter.
