Roussette de Savoie - 2021 - Matthieu Goury and Guillemette Renard

Domaine de Chevillard

A great white from Savoie, with excellent aging potential, that initially reveals notes of honey and citrus in its youth. The palate is highly complex, full-bodied, mineral, and finely oaked, concentrated, full of energy, with a long finish of fine, noble bitterness. Sublime.
