La Combe - 2024 - La Cordée Blanche
Ylan Mathieu & Cyril Andrez
The nose is marked by minerality, very stony, a sensation that will follow us throughout the tasting. Palate: intense tension, a mouthwatering and salty finish. A wine with a very gastronomic profile, be patient and you will be richly rewarded!

100% Altesse from organically farmed vines planted on a hillside plot shaped like a little valley, at an altitude of around 400 meters. South-facing, with the estate's most clayey soils, but also limestone, molassic sandstone, and glacial moraines. The grapes were harvested by hand on September 26, direct pressing, 24 hours of settling, fermentation and aging in enamelled steel vats for 12 months. Bottled by gravity on September 4, 2025, with just 1 g/hl of SO2 added during the winter.
