100% Altesse, one of the traditional grape varieties of Savoie, from vines grown on the Coteau de Cevins, on a soil of schist and mica and loamy sands. Brice has turned to organic farming, but no more, in order to ensure volumes in this difficult region, where the yields are already low (20 hl/ha). The extreme slope (as steep as 60%) does not allow for the use of any machinery. Vinification is done 100% in barrels, with indigenous yeasts, and maturation for 12 months in barrels, a quarter of which are new oak. Bottled at the Estate with a tiny pinch of sulphur.
