Silice - 2022 - Brice Omont - Magnum

The grapes are organic or in the process of being certified organic, and bought to winegrowers who share the same values, and whose vines are harvested manually by Brice and his team. 100% Jacquère from old vines planted on the hill of the Mont Granier, on marl and limestone scree soils. Natural vinification: direct pressing of the whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, 8 months of aging in vats. Bottled at the end of March 2023 with a micro-dose of sulphur.
