Les Jardins de Babylone - 2019 - Louis Benjamin Dagueneau
Domaine Didier Dagueneau
A very low alcohol degree, but a big emotion for this indulgent, fresh, and balanced sweet wine, with notes of exotic fruits, honey, stewed apricot, and vanilla. The palate is enveloping, full of finesse and freshness, with a phenomenal length.

A blend of Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Camaralet, Lauzet, and Petit Courbu from organically farmed vines planted on terraces in the hillside village of Aubertin near Pau. Hand-harvested late for this sweet wine, after successive sorting. Fermented and aged in large new barrels.
