Blend of 43% Syrah, 32% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, from organic vines, planted on a plot 200 meters from the Garonne, on deep and rich soils. Manual harvest in small crates. Natural vinification: direct pressing of the Syrah, infusion of the Merlot's whole bunches in the Syrah's juice, and 21 days of carbonic maceration of the Cabernet. 10 months of aging in vats followed by one month in casks.
