A naturally sparkling drink made from fresh elderflowers picked on the Barouillet estate. The flowers begin to ferment in water with a touch of sugar; the natural yeasts present on the plants do their job, and the mixture is then bottled while still fermenting... that’s when the bubbles form! Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfites.
