100% Malbec from vines between 28 and 43 years old, farmed organically and biodynamically, and planted on old red clay, limestone and marl soils at an altitude of 340 metres. Manual harvest with small crates, destemmed, transferred to vats by gravity, followed by a gentle maceration for 15 to 30 days. Matured on lees in concrete and stainless steel vats and barrels of a few wines. Majority of 2020 blended with a bit of 2019 wine. Neither fined nor filtered, with just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling on the 10th of September 2021.
