100% Carignan, from certified organic vines, grown on stony clays, facing north. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates. Yields are 35 hl/ha. Vinification: maceration of the whole bunches for 8 days. Maturation for one year in old barrels, bottled in Autumn 2023. No fining, no filtration, zero added sulphur.
