A rare cuvée, with just one barrel produced: a true delight!!! With notes of cherry, leather, violet, pepper, and prune... This aromatic complexity carries through on the palate, with generous body and refined tannins. Very long finish. Decanting recommended.

A blend of 70% Carignan (from 15-year-old vines) and 30% Grenache Noir (from 30-year-old vines); the blend was determined directly in the plot during the harvest, which was carried out by hand on September 14, 2025. Vinification: total destemming, crushing, and addition of some of the stems to the vat to bring structure and freshness during maceration. Gentle pressing, followed by 10 months of aging in a single barrel, without new oak. Unfined and unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulfur. 280 bottles produced.
