100% Carignan Noir from old vines farmed organically, planted in 1933 on a 40-are plot with granitic sandy soils. Hand-harvested on August 28th, 2025. Natural winemaking: carbonic maceration of the whole clusters for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, gentle pressing, followed by 3 months of aging in 40-hectoliter fiberglass tanks, and an additional 3 months in 500-liter barrels. Bottled at Léonine without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur. 2,500 bottles produced.
