100% Carignan from organic vines, this cuvée was made thanks to grapes bought to winemakers who share the same values, unfortunately we can't tell you where since it's a Vin de France! The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified naturally at Laure and Fred Cossard's cellar in Burgundy. Maceration in whole bunches without pushing the extraction, soft pressing, aging for 6 months in vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
