60% Syrah, 30% Carignan, and 10% Grenache, from vines averaging 25 years old, planted on clay-limestone soils, with one Syrah plot that is very limestone-rich. Harvested on September 7 and 14, 2025, in 30-kg crates. Vinification: Carignan and Grenache are fermented together, followed by pressing and aging in stainless steel tanks. The Syrah is vinified separately and aged half in stainless steel tanks and half in used barrels. Bottled at Domaine Félys, without fining or filtration, with only a micro-dose of sulfur (36 mg/L of total SO2).
