100% Grolleau Noir (bought to La Grange de Noue Méa) from biodynamically farmed vines planted on clay soils, relatively rich soils. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified at the Locmiquélic cellar: 4 days of carbonic maceration of the whole bunches, followed by a slow 24-hour pressing in a manual press. Aged in fibre tanks for 7 months, then bottled in April 2026, unfined and unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulphur added.
