Nimfenn Silin - 2025 - Tizh

Nolwenn Runigo & Roland Conq

An instant crush from the very first nose: imagine Greek yoghurt with honey topped with fresh pear slices! Highly perfumed, almost seductive—you just want to dive right in. The palate is very fluid, delicately tangy, making for a delicious white wine for sunny days.

100% Grolleau Gris from organically farmed vines planted in 2019 by Nolwenn and Roland on granite soils, on a hillside 200 metres from the Blavet, within a diversified organic market garden farm on living soils. Bottled in April 2026, unfined and unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulphur added.
