100% Grolleau Gris from organically farmed vines planted in 2019 by Nolwenn and Roland on granite soils, on a hillside 200 metres from the Blavet, within a diversified organic market garden farm on living soils. Hand-harvested, naturally vinified at the Tizh winery with no additives: slow 24-hour pressing in a manual press, fermentation and ageing on lees in fibre tanks, with a single racking (after malolactic fermentation). Bottled in April 2026, unfined and unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulphur added.
