Ingredients and nutrition facts
100% Chenin from vines averaging 25 years of age, organically farmed and planted on hillside schist soils. A cuvée produced from exceptionally high-quality purchased grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, followed by fermentation and six months of aging in fiberglass tanks. Bottled at Philippe Chevarin's in early March 2026. Unfined and unfiltered, with only a micro-dose of sulfur added (2 g/hl).
In 2015, Philippe Chevarin embarked on a second career: after having worked as a musician and sound engineer alongside such stars as Dominique A. and Vanessa Paradis, he found himself leaving it all to pursue a divine idyll in the world of wine!
