Surprising, charming nose with ripe, jammy black fruit and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, true Pinot character shines through with fine, structured tannins and good length. Definitely a favorite. The finish is mouthwatering, fresh, and delicious, dominated by crushed strawberry.

100% Pinot Noir from organic vines, planted in 2019 and in their third year of production, on sandy-clay-loam soils, on a south-facing slope. Hand-picked in small crates, it is the second pass through the Grolleau. Total destemming by hand, 15 days of maceration, punching down every other day until the 10th day. Gentle pressing, 14 months aging in barrels that have seen one to four wines, bottled at the Longues Vignes in November 2025. Neither fined nor filtered, just a micro-dose of sulfur.
