Eléments - 2023 - Gaec Courtois Kuka
Julien Courtois & Heidi Kuka
A vibrant juice that opens on fresh red berries — think redcurrant and cranberry — before unfolding into a subtly spicy, refined, and addictive nose, just like all of Julien Courtois’ wines. The palate is supple and delicious, with a beautiful balance of fruit, structure, and drinkability.

100% Gamay de Chaudenay cuvée, from vines planted in 1968. A rare teinturier (literally, ‘dyer’) grape variety once used to add colour to other wines, now mostly found near Ancenis. The label of this wine is a Maori design drawn by Heidi Kuka, Julien’s partner.
