Very fresh, with a nose carried by notes of wild strawberry, rose, cut grass... The palate is again marked by freshness, with very few tannins, lots of suppleness and minerality, a frank and digestible juice that will make you completely gaga!
100% Gamay from organically grown vines planted in... we can't tell you because it's a Vin de France, but the little flower on the label gives you a pretty good clue as to the appellation (Fleur is Flower in french)! Harvested by hand. Natural vinification: three weeks of semi-carbonic maceration of the whole bunches in infusion, without pumping over or punching down, gentle pressing, aged in large casks for one year. Bottled at the end of October 2024 without fining or filtration, no added sulfites. One year of bottle aging in Maylis's cellars.
