Maylis Bernard
Nose: a true floral bomb of rose, violet and geranium, followed by raspberry and redcurrant jelly. Palate: fluid, very clean and pure, crisp tannins, easily gulpable, you can really feel the Ganevat influence on this cuvée!

100% Pinot Noir, from vines grown organically and planted near the cellar of Maylis. This cuvée is produced thanks to grapes bought from winemakers who share the same values. Harvesting was done by hand, followed by a natural vinification: three weeks of semi-maceration in whole bunches, "like an infusion", so without any punching-down or pump-overs, gentle pressing, aged in 10-hl wooden vats. Bottled at the end of October 2024 without fining or filtration, without added sulfites. One year of bottle aging in Maylis' cellars.
