100% Gamay from century-old vines grown organically, planted on limestone soils and harvested by hand. Natural viniifcation in the Burgundian style, with finesse, gentle pressing and one year of ageing in vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, no sulfites added. Very few bottles produced, a rare cuvée!
