Le Brin de Chèvre - 2024 - SARL Le Clos du Tue-Bœuf
Thierry Puzelat
A wine with freshness and minerality, this is clean and extremely precise juice. With notes of citrus fruit and a saline finish. A splendid cuvée.

A blended cuvée of 90% Menu Pineau and 10% Meslier Saint François (a rare grape variety very similar to Menu Pineau!), from organically farmed vines, planted in soils composed of flint-rich clay, sand, and gravel. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: direct pressing, aged for 14 months in very large barrels, with no new oak. Bottled at the estate on October 29, 2025, without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites, resulting in a total SO2 content of less than 10 mg/l.
