A blend of Gamay, Côt and Pineau d'Aunis from Puzelat’s negotiant business. Puzelat buys organic grapes from vigneron friends who share the same values. He automatically downgrades his wine classification to Vin de France. Natural vinification: in whole clusters, carbonic maceration, 9 months of maturation in conical oak vats. Bottled on the 18th of June 2025 without fining nor filtration, and with only a micro dose of sulfur added at bottling, for a total SO2 of 16 mg/liter.
