A blend of 80% Gamay and 20% Pineau d'Aunis from Puzelat’s negotiant business. Puzelat buys organic grapes from vigneron friends who share the same values. He automatically downgrades his wine classification to Vin de France. Natural vinification: in whole clusters, carbonic maceration, 6 months of maturation in conical oak vats. Bottled on the 18th of March 2026 without fining nor filtration, and with only a micro dose of sulfur added at bottling, for a total SO2 of 16 mg/liter.
