Pinot Noir from old vines farmed organically, planted on a hill with Southern exposure, rooted in flinty clay over chalk. This 1.7-hectare parcel, planted between 1976 and 1979, includes a small percentage of Gamay, co-planted so harvested by hand together with the pinot, and co-vinified. Natural vinification: two to three weeks of maceration followed by 8 months of aging in 228L and 400L barrels, without new oak. Bottled at the estate on the 30th of April 2025, without fining or filtration, and without added sulfites.
