This is refreshing, lively, mineralesque juice, with iodized and floral notes. An authentic Aligoté – natural, rich and complex. The 2021 vintage is quite fresh, perfectly balanced, with lovely acidity and a citrus finish.
A 100% natural Aligoté, from grapes grown organically and harvested by hand in the commune of Curtil-Vergy. The vines are southeast facing, 40 years old, and planted on a clay-limestone terroir, at an altitude of 400 meters. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in vats without sulphur. Bottled without fining, filtration, or any addition of sulfites.

The vigneron is a wunderkind with an impeccable résumé, including 10 years at Prieuré-Roch as vineyard manager.
