Orange Manuel Millenium - 2023 - Novice

Yves Roy

100% Savagnin from vines planted by Yves in 2021, grown on Lias marl soils, cultivated organically, and harvested by hand. Natural winemaking: half direct pressing and half maceration, with two-thirds whole clusters, for 3 weeks. The two juices were blended after pressing, followed by completion of fermentation and aging in fiberglass tanks. Bottled in the spring of 2024 without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfites.
