100% Savagnin, made with organic grapes purchased from the Jura region, harvested in the commune of Saint-Agnès, manual harvest. Natural vinification in Saint-Romain in Fred’s winery. Direct pressing of the whole bunches (slow and gentle to be respectful of the fruit), followed by 12 months of maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur.
