100% Sauvignon from organically farmed but non-certified vines, planted in the area of… well, we’re not allowed to tell you, it’s a Vin de France! But it’s very close to the Dagueneau winery, you’ll have to guess where… It’s an blending of parcels. Hand-harvested and very precise vinification: direct pressing, settling, long fermentation and aging on the fine lees without racking, in 320L to 600L barrels.
