A blend of 68% Syrah and 32% Cinsault from vines farmed organically and biodynamically, Demeter certified, planted on Hauterivian and Valanginian limestone soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: total destemming, 7 days of infusion-style maceration, without forcing extraction, gentle pressing, 8 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero added sulphites. Syrault = Syrah + Cinsault !

Imogen Berry and Robin Althoff are the two young winemakers at the helm of Domaine Berry-Althoff and Le Quai à Raisins négoce, founded in 2015.
