Third edition of this cuvée, and since it's Trapet it's almost bound to be a favourite... Very fine, elegant sparkling wine driven by aromas of white fruits, flowers and delicate citrus notes. The palate brings subtle buttery touches alongside beautiful tension, with a long, creamy finish.

A cuvée vinified by Andrée Trapet, at the helm of Domaine Trapet in Alsace, based on an idea from their son Pierre Trapet. A blend from all the Trapet terroirs of Riquewihr, mainly Pinot Blanc with a touch of Riesling and Auxerrois, from biodynamically farmed vines planted on granite scree soils with marl influence. Hand-harvested, gravity-fed cellar work, natural vinification, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by three years ageing on lees. Unfined and unfiltered. Brut Crémant, with very low dosage.
