A few words from the Domaine: “Imagined as a treat, the Nord Sud cuvée is a reliable companion for your festive moments!”. Incredible value for money — it’s generous, it “meursaults”, with a seriously long finish. A Champagne that brings both pleasure and personality.
Thomas et Florent Collet
Florent and Thomas Collet are the two brothers behind Famille Collet Champagne, a 6-hectare estate rooted in Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy — a village where wine has been part of life for over a thousand years. The Collet family’s own story goes way back too: their ties to Champagne date all the way to 1744 — no less! In 1973, it was their father, René Collet, who laid the foundations of the Domaine as we know it, gradually expanding the vineyard holdings (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) and building a proper cellar and press under the Collet name. Between 2001 and 2011, his sons joined the adventure and steered the estate toward organic farming, while pushing boundaries — notably with the creation of Nus !, a no-added-sulphur cuvée. What sets Famille Collet apart is their meticulous élevage: the cellar boasts 6 foudres (2500L), 2 muids (1200L), 6 demi-muids, and 70 barrels. The result? Seriously beautiful bubbles, carefully crafted and fairly priced — the kind of Champagne that speaks for itself in the glass.
A complex, deep and generous Champagne, opening with notes of pear, almond and exotic fruits. The palate is fleshy, perfumed, velvety and indulgent, with a long, lingering finish.
A Champagne showing notes of redcurrant, pear compote, and toasted brioche. The maceration is subtle and perfectly controlled — the palate is generous, gourmand, and easy-drinking, with a long finish of strawberry tart.

A very charming and evolving nose, with notes of quince, marzipan, lifted by a lovely freshness and a touch of green tea. The bubbles are fine and composed, showing great elegance — a perfect match for refined, delicate cuisine.
Nuts, brioche, almond, apricot, and honey. A Champagne with beautifully integrated ageing, the palate is vibrant, fresh, and structured. The bubbles are ultra-fine, and there's a lovely flow despite the opulent first impression on the nose.
A creamy yet weightless Champagne, both sun-kissed and mineral. Aromas of Granny Smith apple, sesame, honey, and oyster shell. Sharp-edged fizz, lovely tension, firm bead, with a long, powerful finish.
A few words from the Collet family: “Like a shard of terroir, Les Guyottes reveals the minerality of the southern slopes of Fontaine-Denis. Vintage 2018, this Blanc de Blancs Champagne expresses the freshness, complexity, and mineral character of a great Champagne terroir.”
Second vintage for this bold and unconventional Champagne — a cuvée that walks far off the beaten path. Intense nose with a smoky edge, fine bead, and a rebellious spirit. Part of the estate’s Rock’N’Roll collection, where boldness meets singularity. Great for thrill-seekers.
