A brut and fresh cider that you'll want to sip all summer long, with notes of apple, white peach and exotic fruits. Beautiful acidity and low tannins, with a tiny hint of sweetness that adds a lovely suppleness.
A blend of tart apples mainly from the cidery's own orchards, grown organically and planted in the commune of Clohars-Carnoët, in Brittany. The juices were blended right after the pressing, indigenous yeasts, natural bubbling, short time in vats. Bottled without fining, filtration, pasteurization or any addition of sulfites.

Nolwenn Merrien and Matthieu Huet run the Cidrerie de l'Apothicaire, located in Clohars-Carnoët in Southern Finistère, Brittany.
