A subtle and complex wine, superb from start to finish. The nose boasts exotic buttery notes, white peach, hazelnut, with hints of smoke. The palate is smooth and rounded, with a clean finish, lifted by a fine acidity.

100% Chardonnay from vines grown organically and planted on two exceptional parcels for a total of just 80 ares, which was first harvested in 1993 – by hand, of course, and with tightly controlled yields. This cuvée, like all of Trapet’s wines, is a hymn to gentleness: respectful viticulture, indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing, working by gravity in the cellar, vinification without additives, patient maturation in oak barrels. Bottled at the estate.
