Perfect for a first approach of the domaine and a glimpse of Fabian's winemaking talent: notes of pear, tarte tatin, dried fruit and a hint of biscuit. The palate is vinous, supple and balanced. A Champagne for every moment, and in the perfect size for your celebrations!
Blend: 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier, a cuvée made from grapes purchased from vines planted in Chavot-Courcourt on very poor soils of outcropping chalk and hard limestone. Exposed to the north, the terroir is similar to that of the Côte des Blancs. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally: 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in old 500-liter barrels. Bottled on July 8, 2022, with zero dosage and zero sulfites added throughout. Aged on laths, disgorged at the end of July 2023.
