Blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, from vines planted in Ville-sur-Arce in the Côte des Bar, on predominantly clay-rich Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Manual harvest, fractionated pressing, cold settling, slow fermentation in tanks, full malolactic fermentation. Aged on fine lees for at least 6 months. This cuvée is a blend of the 2022 vintage (75%) with wines from 2021 and 2020. Bottled in May 2023, then aged on lattes until disgorgement on July 15, 2024. A brut Champagne, dosage at 7.3 grams per litre.

Sylvère et Cédric Massin
Sylvère and Cédric — father and son — are the duo behind Champagne Rémy Massin & Fils, based in Ville-sur-Arce, right in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Carrying forward a family tradition that began with Louis-Aristide Massin in 1865, it was Rémy Massin who, more than a century later in 1974, founded the estate as we know it today, by vinifying the family's own harvest.
