100% Pinot Noir, from vines planted in Ville-sur-Arce in the Côte des Bar, on Kimmeridgian limestone soils with a clay-rich profile. Manual harvest, fractional pressing, cold settling, slow fermentation in tanks, full malolactic fermentation, and ageing on fine lees for at least 6 months. Bottled in May 2018 and then aged for 6 years on laths. This Champagne is crafted from the estate’s perpetual reserve, following the Solera method, started in 1995. An extra-brut cuvée, with a dosage of 5.1 grams per litre.
